Rinsing Block Detail:
Bottles are held by specially designed shaking jaws tailored to your packaging and rotated 180° by gripping them from their necks. In the shaking block, depending on the characteristics of the product you intend to fill, water, filtered sterile air, or nitrogen can be sprayed into the bottle. If there are no bottles in the shaking jaws, the shaking valves do not open, thereby conserving energy and water.
Filling Block Detail:
The product fills into the bottles from nozzles directly connected to the tank by their own weight.
Filling nozzles are directly placed on the filling tank.
Suitable for a closed-loop CIP system.
Values pre-entered based on different products and bottle volumes can be easily adjusted during format changes by recalling them from the operator panel.
Capping Block Detail:
Depending on the bottle and cap type, the machine body is mounted. The automatic cap feeding (elevator) operates in synchronization with the machine's working speed.
General Features:
Fully automatic PLC-controlled operation.
Touchscreen, color, and wide-screen operator panel.
Electronic speed adjustment using inverters for the main drive motor and conveyor motors.
Central lubrication unit.
Stainless steel electrical control panel.
Optional Applications:
Nitrogen dripping system (liquid nitrogen is dripped into the bottle just before capping to increase shelf life and prevent deformation during storage and transportation).
UV cap sterilization system, where caps are sterilized with a UV lamp before the capping process.
