KOBEMAK fully automatic rotary electronic filling machines (flowmeters) perform filling and capping processes in synchronization at a minimum rate of 2000 bottles (or boxes) per hour for products such as water, fruit juice, etc., with even higher capacities achievable. The model and filling-capping system of the machines vary based on the type of product to be filled, packaging materials (PET, Glass, Carton), and the type of cap.
 
The design principle of our fully automatic machines focuses on efficiency, aiming for end-users to utilize the machine at full capacity for many years without experiencing performance loss. All models are designed and manufactured with emphasis on user-friendliness, packaging-product diversity, ease of maintenance and cleaning.

Technicial Specifications
Bottles are held by their necks using specially designed shaking jaws tailored to your packaging, and they are rotated 180°. In the shaking block, depending on the characteristics of the product you want to fill, water, filtered sterile air, or nitrogen can be sprayed into the bottle. If there are no bottles in the shaking jaws, the shaking valves do not open, thus conserving energy and water.
 
Filling Block Detail:
 
Precise filling is achieved through electromagnetic flow control (flowmeter).
 
To ensure maximum hygiene, there is no contact between the nozzle and the bottle.
 
Filling nozzles are controlled by the Electronic and Pneumatic Control Center (EPK) placed on the filling tank.
 
Separate flow control devices (flowmeters) are available for each nozzle. This ensures that each bottle is filled at the same level and volume.
 
Suitable for a closed-loop CIP system.
 
Values pre-entered based on different products and bottle volumes can be easily adjusted during format changes by recalling them from the operator panel.
 
Capping Block Detail:
 
Depending on the bottle and cap type, the machine body is mounted. The automatic cap feeding (elevator) operates in synchronization with the machine's working speed.
